- Handle setting up, monitor and operate Tape line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
- Manage performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in Work Center.
- Follow safety guidelines and quality standards in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs.
- Perform quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements.
- Train and assist other employees as necessary.
- Follow verbal and written instructions, maintain accurate records, and perform other duties as required.

Experience Required for Your Success - High School Diploma or GED
- 1-year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience
- Ability to read and interpret routine instructions
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player
- Be flexible and possess the ability to follow work center guidelines
- Can work between 5am-5pm, or 5pm-5am dependent on the need and flexible working overtime as needed
