- Maintain interior and exterior of the facility
- Paint equipment, pumps, motors, railing, etc.
- Floors to be kept clean
- Light bulb replacement
- Keep piping and insulation clean
- Small handyman type projects, hanging shelves, signs, etc.
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Other duties as assigned
QualificationsMust haves:
- At least 4 years of experience in a general industry environment
- Ability to climb ladders, paint, use hand and power tools
- Clean all areas as required
- Carpentry and painting experience
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments
- Ability to follow directions from a supervisor
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism
