As a Mechanical Engineer for our Project Support group, you will play a critical role in concept, quote, plan, and design of automation tooling system projects from concept through site installation. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the conception and quotation phase of projects, including pricing and project planning.
  • Complete mechanical designs of automated tooling systems.
  • Generate mechanical drawings to meet project requirements.
  • Select commercial components and create Bill of Material.
  • Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
  • Point of contact for our customers on assigned projects.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
  • Understanding of engineering machine design principles and ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficient in using SolidWorks CAD is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally. (Travel up to 10%)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in the design of custom automation machines with integrated precision tooling.
  • Experience with high precision, progressive carbide stamping dies.
  • Knowledge of MS Project software.
