Our Mechanical Engineers are directly involved and responsible for the planning, designing, and engineering of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for educational, health care and/or commercial buildings. Key Accountabilities
- Communicates project objectives, challenges, and scope with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects (often concurrently), working closely with all stakeholders to ensure we achieve deadlines while delivering a quality product
- Research and specify products, equipment, and systems to meet client expectations
- Conduct calculations of heating/cooling load, ventilation quantities and equipment selection for building mechanical systems
- Conduct assessment of existing systems and provide recommendations for refurbishment or replacement
Education & experience requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- PE license in WI, required
- PE license in IL, preferred
- 10+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering, preferred
- HVAC experience, required
- Prior healthcare experience, preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit experience is a plus
