Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the planning, design oversight, execution, and closeout of assigned Cap. Ex projects, including equipment installations, refurbishments & upgrades, within an established budget and schedule. They will acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, including contractors and consultants, to deliver projects according to plan. Background and Skills - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is Required; Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Preferred. - Five (5) plus years experience in Manufacturing involving project management, engineering, design, commissioning, testing is Required. - Demonstrated analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities - Ability to advance technical skills through study and practical application - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
