Bring your expertise in mechanical engineering to a team that values dedication and fosters professional growth!Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Edge) and ERP systems.Strong mechanical aptitude for metal-forming equipment (e.g., hydraulic presses, shearing, coiler machines).Familiarity with electronics (PLCs, proximity/limit switches) in an industrial environment.Lead product design projects, from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Design components and machinery using 3D CAD software, ensuring high durability and cost-effectiveness.Enhance existing products for improved performance and manufacturability.Develop prototypes, working closely with the machine shop and production teams.Maintain documentation, including BOMs and manufacturing instructions, within the Syteline ERP system.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate with various departments on compliance matters.Salary: $72,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including a 401(k) plan with a 5% employer contribution, flexible spending account options, comprehensive family health insurance with dental and eyecare, health savings account, paid time off, long-term disability insurance, and term life insurance.DAVRON is the leading Headhunter and Executive Search firm for Engineering, Architecture, Construction, and Manufacturing professionals nationwide.
