Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and project management. You will be responsible for developing and improving engineering solutions, ensuring projects meet deadlines and specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and analyze mechanical systems and components from concept to completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.

• Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs using software tools.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

• Oversee the prototyping and testing of new designs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and results.

• Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and assembly teams.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance engineering capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years experience in mechanical design and engineering, preferably in industrialdesign.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with mechanical analysis methods.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or similar certification.

• Experience with project management and leading engineering projects.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
