Work for a Manufacturer in Hunterdon County as a Mechanical Simulation Engineer: The Simulation Engineer will work in our Engineering department, use computer simulation software to design/test/improve our manufacture processes. * Works with a design team to design tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures as required by the production process. * Uses computer-assisted design (CAD) software to create preliminary and detailed drawings of the fixtures, dies, and products. * Use the advanced simulation software (DEFORM 3D) to predict and visualize the manufacture design. * Builds process routers and prototypes of the product to tests the design. * Studies the test data, makes comparisons with the computer simulation and modifies the computer simulation. * Help other engineers as needed to develop manufacture routers for the production process. * Develops control systems and monitors production. * Assist sales and marketing in preparing documentations for projects biding and quoting. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements Qualifications: * Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering required; M.S. preferred. * Three years of related experience preferred. * Experience with DEFORM or other process simulation software. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent mechanical and technical skills. * Experience in: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Office, and Excel. * Industrial or finite-element modeling experience with DEFORM, QFORM, FORGE or other simulation software are highly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Must be a US citizen.
