Job Description:The company manufactures sheet metal for ductwork and the person will be estimating for jobs/projects for industrial and commercial buildings.Must-Have:
- Bachelors Degree (Mechanical/Industrial)
- 10 years experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction Industry(Previous experience in the Construction Industry is required)
- Familiarity with federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines
- Contract Documentation
- Must have experience Estimating sheet metal ductwork
Nice to Have:
- HVAC Mechanical Ducts
- AutoCAD Estimating experience (EstMEP, Quotesoft experience)
- Sales or Project Management experience
- Understanding of mechanical building codes
