What will set you apart:
* 6 months - 1 year experience as machine harvesting operator.
* Ability to operate tractors and mechanized harvesting machinery.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Additional Info
What you will need:
* Knowledge of organically approved maintenance.
* Ability to safely operate pickup, trailer, pressure washer, air compressor, and other basic tools.
* Able to travel out of town depending on business need.
* Able to travel 5 months out of the year, as required to: Yuma, Coachella & Westmorland
* Have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV driving record.
* Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
