Responsibilities:
  • The intern will assist with all aspects of design and may work with the construction team.
  • This work can include hands-on engineering work such as calculations and simulation, drafting, 3D modeling, on-site observation of construction and business aspects such as preparing for presentations and maintaining project files.
  • An intern may also be exposed to other related design disciplines, such as plumbing and electrical systems.
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled and pursing Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Degree from an Accredited University Program
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Desire and ability to take direction from multiple engineers and facilitate work flow between different construction coordinators
  • General understanding of engineering/construction documentation is preferred
  • Ability to interpret and analyze
  • Strong spatial perception and visualizations skills
  • Intermediate to advanced technology skills necessary, including familiarity with MS Office products
  • Exposure to Computer-aided Design software platforms (AutoCAD, Revit) considered beneficial

Introba is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $18- $22 DOE annually for this position and local market.
