Qualifications:

* Applicant must fill out an online application

* Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports

* Ability to read electric prints

* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

* Black Seal Boilers License, Preferred

* Electrical experience

* High School Graduate or equivalent

* HVAC Experience

* Kitchen equipment repair, electric repair and installation

* Knowledge of fire and burglar alarms, Preferred

* Knowledge in general maintenance repairs

* Plumbing experience

* Must be able to climb and work off a ladder

* Skill in the use of typical construction, hand and power tools

* Valid NJ Driver's License

* Other assigned duties

Responsibilities:

* Performs preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation & air conditioning equipment

* Participates in snow removal

* Performs repair work & Corrective maintenance
