Mechanical Preconstruction Engineer needed for a well-respected, growing mechanical contractor! Come work for a company that has many years of proven excellence, great compensation and benefits and show no signs of slowing down!!

Project types include higher education, government, healthcare, Industrial, life science and commercial building projects.

Preconstruction Engineer Skills:

• Ability to create conceptual estimates
• Prepare workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule .
• Assist in providimg workload forecasting as new projects are secured
• Client Liaison/Communication
• Represent company at meetings with project clients and other project stakeholders as required.

Preconstruction Engineer Qualifications:

• 2 years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction experience
• Sales and Estimating experience.
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Project budgeting skills
• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivilent work experience
