Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Queen Creek, AZ

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and manufacturing plant projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and senior project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and subcontractors to coordinate work and ensure project requirements are met.
• Assist with scheduling needs and manage project timelines.
• Work on contracting and procurement processes.
• Report to Senior Project Managers for dedicated scopes of work.
• Utilize ProjectSight for project management (experience with these tools is a huge plus).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong experience in commercial construction is essential.
• Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing/industrial plant projects.
• Ability to work onsite from 7 AM to 5 PM, with additional availability as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (ProjectSight or Procore preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

$45/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
