Overview:
Source Inspector
Currently seeking for a Source Inspector to support our customer in South and North Carolina.
Frequency: Approximately 10 hours per week
Duration: 1 year (on-going)
Job Description :
- Perform source inspections per documentation
- Ensure parts are conformed to the engineering requirements and the documentation
- Perform FAI inspection at the supplier site if required
- Identify and document any non-conformance
- Ensure shipping inspection document is accurate and complete
Qualifications:
The candidate has:
- Must have over 5 years of experience in Aerospace
- Inspector must have practical experience performing inspection of aerospace parts
- The inspections will be performed to engineering requirements.
- Candidates must have recent experience with validating FAIs to AS9102
- Experience with Net inspect
- Must have the ability to read / interpret engineering drawings and Purchase Orders (POs).
- The inspector must have experience using various mechanical inspection tools, such as micrometers and calipers.
- Must have a laptop and mobile phone to perform support
