This is an opportunity to work for a world class European manufacturer of high-quality production systems and universal machining centers. The American headquarters handles production of machines and automation for the automotive, aerospace, medical, and die/mold industries. As a Mechanical Technician you will be working to install the machinery in new high end automotive plants to allow for them to start production and assembly. This position is responsible for the start-up and debug of machine tool equipment. This will include:- Troubleshooting the electrical systems- Pneumatic- Hydraulic systems- Making program and wiring changes - Requires mechanical troubleshooting - Making minor adjustment/repairs with an emphasis on electricalstartup and program changesYou will be an excellent fit for this position if you have a strong background in mechanics (to include pneumatics and hydraulics) and understand how to work with electrical systems and make minor repairs. You must have good math skills, and communication skills. You will also need to be a problem solver, and autonomous thinker.100% Paid Medical for employee/family, 401k match with 3% on 6% contribution, 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO, 1 week of sick leave.Overtime could add an addition $25 - $35k to your yearend salary. You will receive time and a half for anything over 40 hours a week, if you work a paid holiday, you will receive double-time. You will easily be able to clear six figures in this role.
