What's the Job?
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Practical experience in developing and optimizing spare parts solutions, repair methods, and standard times for components, systems, and vehicles.
Strong skills in data analytics and the ability to use machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiencies and improve decision-making.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for developing automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
