JOB SUMMARYWe are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist to assist the Director in various administrative, marketing curation, inventory management, software management, and other operational tasks. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and actively participating in initiatives to drive business growth.Job RequirementsMinimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive training will be provided upon hire.
Minimum Work Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Point person for administrative tasks as assigned by the Director or when the Director is not present.
- Assist in the curation and execution of marketing strategies to promote R+ Med Spa's services, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
- Manages subscriber list
- Works directly with the website developer for website updates and maintenance; ensuring content accuracy and functionality
- Develops and manages a new CRM program for the practice.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of products and supplies are maintained.
- Manage software systems and databases used for client management, appointment scheduling, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
- Support special projects and initiatives aimed at expanding the clinic's reach and enhancing its reputation in the market.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in technology and software applications relevant to the role.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service in all interactions.
- Mediates and resolves client issues or escalates as appropriate.
