We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry or Telemetry/Cardiac care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, experience with Epic electronic medical records, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The RN will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and must demonstrate proficiency in managing telemetry monitoring and cardiac drips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med-Surg Telemetry unit, ensuring accurate monitoring and management of telemetry equipment.
• Administer and titrate cardiac drips according to physician orders and unit protocols.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status, including cardiac rhythms.
• Float to other similar units as needed to support hospital operations.
• Document patient care and interventions accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and treatment plans.
• Adhere to evidence-based practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Support a safe and therapeutic environment, promoting patient safety at all times.
