TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Wichita, Kansas, 67214!Pay Information$2,600 to $2,800 per weekAbout The Position

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and document changes in vital signs or symptoms.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood pressure, glucose levels, and lab results.
• Monitor and manage intravenous (IV) lines, catheters, and other medical equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including charts and treatment histories.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple patients.

• BLS (AHA)- Required
