Who You Are: An ambitious, compassionate caregiver. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 6 months experience in an assisted living and/or memory care/dementia community is preferred. A valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.

Summary/Objective
Care Partner provides routine care to our residents in a manner conducive to their comfort and safety. In accordance with federal, state and local regulations and within the established policies and procedures of the Community. Care Partners carry out the assigned clinical duties by the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, or other assigned supervisor to assure that the highest degree of quality compassionate resident care is maintained at all times. Care Partners are customer service experts who interact with leadership, families, vendors, guests, and other associates while displaying exceptional professionalism.

Work Environment
The noise level is moderate to quiet. Because the essential functions may require exposure to bodily functions and infectious waste, diseases, odors and other situations associated with health care, including but not limited to exposure to AIDS, HIV and Hepatitis B viruses involving Risk Classification Categories 2 and 3**, environmental and safety conditions will fluctuate.
