Job Description:

The Gate Media Group is seeking an aspiring, tech-savvy, hands-on individual to join our in-house media planning, strategy, and analytics group. The ideal person has a background in pixel implementations, data collection and analysis, marketing, and ADTECH campaign set-up and reporting.

Responsibilities include data governance, assimilation and ensuring quality across campaigns via pixel integrations. Developing and completing all client deliverables – working with large data sets, performance reports, dashboard build and revisions, measurement plans, and providing actionable digital media recommendations and optimizations.

This position will require an individual that is intellectually curious, can mine data to answer complex questions and be able to clearly communicate findings to the internal and external stakeholders. Based on account growth this position will have staff search and hiring responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Build data reporting and data visualization and analysis management using data dashboard:

o This involves creating a robust system for managing and visualizing data using various tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, SQL, and Adverity. Must have experience with Google Looker Studio

o Utilizing these tools allows for the efficient organization and presentation of data, providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.

· Support Analytic Team with client reporting requests and relationships:

o Management of Junior Level Analysts

o Involves collaborating with the Analytic Team to fulfill client reporting requests.

o Communication through virtual calls and in-person meetings is crucial to discuss the results of previous campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, explore potential new projects, and stay informed about overall developments in the digital space.

o Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key to ensuring client satisfaction and understanding their evolving needs.

· Client campaign pixel/tag management, creation, tracking, and validation:

o This involves staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies for implementing and managing campaign pixels. Must have experience with Google Tag Manager

o Ensuring accurate tracking and validation of data is crucial for reliable and meaningful analysis.

· Work with internal and external team members to develop recommendations for integrated media strategies, analytics architecture, and data reporting roadmap structure:

o Collaborating with both internal and external teams to develop recommendations implies a cross-functional approach to strategy development.

o Creating an integrated media strategy involves aligning various aspects of media planning to achieve campaign objectives.

o The analytics architecture and data reporting roadmap structure are designed to provide a clear path for leveraging data effectively and meeting campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

· Demonstrate knowledge in analytical tools, data sources, and methods – specifically around marketing and consumer data:

o Displaying proficiency in analytical tools and understanding various data sources and methods is crucial for informed decision-making.

o Special emphasis on marketing and consumer data signifies a focus on the unique challenges and opportunities present in the marketing domain.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's Degree – focus in mathematics/statistics, analytics, data science, advertising or marketing or related fields is preferred

· Digital marketing knowledge and experience that includes business development, digital analytics, product marketing, lead generation, and sales support using common martech platforms (i.e. Google Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Building reports and dashboards (primarily within Looker Studio) with various reporting tools with an effort of understanding Media/website performance, content preferences, and customer journeys etc

· Experience building out pixels with Google Tag Manager in addition to Linkedin and Facebook pixel generation

· Basic programming using SQL, Python, or R - confident with database framework/architecture & structuring

· 2-4 years of professional experience within data analytics or data-driven function

· Excellent communication & presentation skills, including data visualization skills, with previous experience in a client-facing role.

· Awareness and understanding of advanced analytical techniques (i.e. segmentation, modeling, machine learning) and their applications

· Experience communicating with a range of internal and external partners is preferred.

· To successfully fulfill this role the candidate must have an exceptional attention to detail, strong individual organizational and time management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
