What will I be doing?
The Hilton Global Media Strategy & Planning Team provides the Marketing & Loyalty department with subject matter expertise, leads the media agency relationships, and applies emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace. The Global Media team also ensures that Hilton's award-winning creative and storytelling is seen by audiences in the right format, at the right time, to the right person. In addition, the team is charged with providing the Marketing & Loyalty team with subject matter expertise, leading the media agency relationships, and applying emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace.
In this contract position, you will support the Director of Media Strategy & Planning and contributing success of the team by driving enablement through the onboarding LiveRamp into the organization & executing media technology best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing cross-screen measurement solutions and 1st party data activations in paid media. This role will also support the strategic development of innovative and impactful media campaigns from conceptualization to execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for Hilton and its 22 iconic trading brands.
Description/Must-haves:
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
• Experience leading process changes and successfully navigating change management within a matrixed organization
• Experience across all media channels including Linear, CTV, FEP, OTT, OLV, Social, Audio, Outdoor, Print, and other non-traditional media
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex media plans, ideally across several lines of business
