FIRST NAPLES CHURCHMEDIA PRODUCTION ASSOCIATESpecializing in First Baptist Academy AVL SupportPURPOSE: To technically support the ministries of First Naples in worship and eventproductions.DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Media PastorPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Ensure that all worship and presentation systems are configured and readyfor all events as scheduled.2. Support scheduled worship and event productions.3. Design, install, maintain and operate all production systems.4. Train and develop volunteers to help in the support of worship and eventproductions.5. Research and develop new technologies used for worship and eventproductions.6. Cooperate with the Media Pastor by performing any other duties when askedto do so.7. This is a full-time exempt position.SPECIALIZING IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:1. Primary support of all First Baptist Academy events and productions.2. Audio Engineering3. Student Education in AVL related areas.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:1. A servant's heart for Jesus Christ and willingness to work and be available atdifferent hours.2. Professional experience supporting AVL event productions.3. Able to play a musical instrument is strongly desired.4. Problem solving skills required.5. Ability to formulate upgrade strategies, desire to stay up-to-date onemerging technologies.6. Must be able to demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.7. Expert knowledge of computers and software (Macintosh/Apple, Adobeproducts, Google Apps Suite, MS Office products), required.8.
