The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Director of Communications is looking for an experienced Media Relations Specialist.You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Falls Church, VA. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make a positive impact supporting our senior leaders in the Defense Health Industry.
This position requires 1-2 days per week on-site in Falls Church, VA.
Serco supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and the DHA Strategic Communications Directorate which integrates, research, planning, execution, and evaluation of all Military Health System (MHS) public affairs, communications programs, and disciplines to a wide variety of key audiences at the national and global level. This includes, all military hospitals and clinical facilities, the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, the Joint Staff, the Veterans Administration, and the Congress.
You will be part of a 40-person team that works closely with our DHA customer, Serco teammates and other partners to deliver effective communications and media relation content for our customer.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
