Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and organized Medicaid Program Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position with responsibilities that include guiding program participants through the onboarding process, providing administrative support, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others navigate their programs.
Responsibilities:
- Educate prospective program participants through the intake and onboarding process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants and the organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support throughout the program lifecycle.
- Guide program participants in completing all onboarding requirements and tracking their progress.
- Maintain and organize files, spreadsheets, lists, charts, and track important dates.
- Compile, complete, and submit reports and data required by the Program Manager.
Qualifications:
- Competent computer skills, especially in office software like MS Excel, Word, and others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Hours & Benefits:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
