The individual will support a fortune 100 company in the federal space. This is a great entry-level opportunity to put on your resume. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.Citizenship (gov requirement)Riverview Center, Menands, NYHybrid- 4* a monthNeed to live in a drivable distance to Menands NYTakes and processes transactions by telephone, internet and correspondence from customers and representativesEnters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reportsActs as liaison for customersMaintains knowledge of company products and customer service processesEducation: High School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience: 2+ years of customer service experienceRequired Technical Skills:Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Required Skills and Abilities:Strong telephone and verbal communication skillsCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task and manage time effectively#M2
