This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment where your contributions will support critical administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform opening duties and office setup each morning.
- Manage medical records, including scanning and organizing documents.
- Handle daily financial tasks such as morning deposits.
- Review accounts receivable and assist with collections.
- Act as a float, providing support for front desk admissions, chart preparation, scheduling, and insurance verification as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical office setting, including scheduling, insurance authorizations, and front desk operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes, particularly related to surgeries.
- Professional demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and a team-oriented attitude.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts with staggered start times (7:00-7:30 AM or 8:00-8:30 AM).
- Start Date: ASAP
- Compliance Requirements: Drug screen (10-panel), background check, and COVID-19 vaccination required.
- Interview Process: On-site interview with the Business Office Manager.
