My client is a leading innovator in the field of biologics and medical devices. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Affairs Manager to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Position Overview:

The Medical Affairs Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clinical development, commercial teams, and healthcare professionals. This position requires a deep understanding of biologics or medical devices, with a focus on strategic planning, scientific communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scientific Communication: Prepare and present scientific data and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with research and development, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product benefits and clinical data.
  • KOL Engagement: Identify and engage with KOLs and healthcare professionals to establish and maintain strong relationships, gather insights, and support clinical and market access initiatives.
  • Clinical Study Support: Assist in the design, execution, and analysis of clinical studies, including investigator-initiated studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders on product indications, benefits, and scientific data.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and scientific developments to inform strategic decisions and enhance the company's market position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Medical Discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, with a focus on biologics or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and commercialization processes.
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
