Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. - Produce high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), within a manufacturing cell.
- Perform assembly, repair, and test operations under close supervision, following specified procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation for cell operations and ensure all records are up to date.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding ideas, problems, and solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality metrics.
What's Needed?
- At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assembler.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to adhere to strict safety and dress code requirements in a cleanroom environment.
