Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Assembler to join their team. As a Medical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Medical AssemblerLocation: Liberty, SCPay Range: $16.70per hourShift: 5:30pm - 3:30am Monday to Thursday?What's the Job?
  • Produce high-quality medical devices, including pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), within a manufacturing cell.
  • Perform assembly, repair, and test operations under close supervision, following specified procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for cell operations and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing management regarding ideas, problems, and solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality metrics.
What's Needed?
  • At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assembler.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts with precision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to adhere to strict safety and dress code requirements in a cleanroom environment.
