Our commitment to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information has established us as a trusted and respected leader in the field.Position DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Client Relations Specialist to bridge the gap between our internal teams and client accounts. This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage various responsibilities effectively. You will work closely with account managers and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience, with a primary goal of improving operational efficiency and satisfaction.Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA), with bloodwork or in healthcare administration is highly preferred, as well as front-facing customer service experience. A solution-oriented mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are critical for success in this role.Ideal Start Date: As soon as we find the right candidate.Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with client accounts, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Proactively identify and implement workarounds for challenges faced by clients.
  • Assist with medical records requests and ensure documentation is complete.
  • Support client accounts primarily consisting of office staff such as CNAs, MAs, and office managers.
  • Address critical issues such as missing results, incomplete waivers, and scheduling conflicts for mobile phlebotomy services.
  • Facilitate real-time problem-solving and ensure clear communication between clients and internal coordination teams.
  • Set up and maintain streamlined communication between accounts and internal departments.
  • Train client facilities on our processes to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
  • Help identify ICD-10 codes and address patient billing discrepancies, especially if clients are billed incorrectly.
  • Provide reporting on account attrition and collaborate with account management to develop strategic game plans.
  • Monitor coordination group chat for scheduling adjustments and deploy phlebotomists more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with phlebotomy managers to implement new solutions and improve workflows.
  • Assist with sample collection as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility and a willingness to adapt to varied tasks and responsibilities.
  • Exhibit a detail-oriented, energetic, and proactive attitude in all interactions.
  • Review and manage client orders, patient lab results, and associated documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings.
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or with bloodwork is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management, including coordinating across departments to resolve client challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-time, SalarySalary: Starting at $55,000 per year with a quarterly bonus based on account retention.Benefits:
