We apply our specialized knowledge to deliver patient-centered, cost-effective care with compassion and integrity.Job SummaryNorthwest Asthma and Allergy Group is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to assist with clinical operations at our Redmond location to keep patient flow smooth and efficient while providing a high level of patient care. This role works with patients of all ages and assists with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care. Our office maintains a supportive and efficient working environment with a 2:1 CMA to provider ratio. Typically, our offices have 1-2 doctors, and each doctor sees between 14-22 patients per day. This structure ensures a balanced workload and allows for high-quality patient care.RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate with the following:
- Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills
- A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma/allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license at the time of hire
- Current Basic Life Support certification (CPR & First Aid cards)
