Under the direction and guidance of the registered nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Physician performs a variety of clinical/ clerical duties and tasks to provide effective patient care. Support various clinical specialty services within the Ambulatory Care Department.QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required HS Diploma or Equivalence

License/Certification/Registration(s) Required Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant Program

Experience/Skills Required- One (1) year previous experience in a medical 2setting of relevant experience required. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of Computer Technology preferred. Successful completion of St. Barnabas Hospital orientation.
