The MA provides initial preparation of patients prior to the provider's encounter; assists providers in patient care activities as directed; updates/documents and records in the EHR system; relieves/assists the Patient Service Representative as needed; orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed, and assists office staff with office-specific tasks. Medical Assistant Position Requirements
- Previous physician office experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic health record preferred.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program preferred.
- Medical Assistant certification preferred.
Medical Assistant Work Schedule
- Monday through Thursday, 7a-5p, Day Shift
