Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Sr. Systems Support Specialist (L3+) to join an innovative and trusted company responsible for providing high-level support for a variety of complex systems and interfaces, ensuring optional performance and integration. This is a fully on-site role located in New Castle, DE . Requirements of the Sr. Systems Support Specialist:
- Deliver expert support for systems such as Honeywell PHD, RDI configuration, .NET API, PAR, Dynamo, TDC3000, and related technologies.
- Oversee and maintain custom interfaces with platforms like TMS6, SAP ECC, VB6, .NET, UC4, PIPO, and others.
- Provide specialized assistance for ThermoFischer Sample Manager and support Emerson Permasense and Bentley Nevada EVO/System1 systems .
- Create and manage SharePoint/Nintex/SPFx solutions, including Power Automate workflows and ShareGate/Cognillo Suite integrations.
- Offer Access/Excel VBA support for various applications and assist with Tier 3 merger and acquisition activities, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing support.
Qualifications of the Sr. Systems Support Specialist:
- Broad expertise across multiple systems and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on in-depth investigation and troubleshooting.
- Capability to optimize systems for specific site requirements, ensuring they align with regional business needs.
- Experience in identifying and resolving hardcoded business logic in VB6, .NET, and MSSQL stored procedures that do not fit the client's business processes.
- Dedication to solving problems in the client's best interest, rather than merely billing hours.
Compensation of the Sr. Systems Support Specialist:
- Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 *based on experience*
