The Medical Billing Supervisor will oversee the billing operations for a third-party revenue cycle group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and insurance procedures, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train billing staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with policies.
- Review and validate claims before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor accounts receivable and work to resolve outstanding claims and denials.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to address billing issues.
- Implement and maintain billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
