The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing medical devices according to strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands a keen eye for detail, proficiency in assembly techniques, and a commitment to maintaining a sterile environment throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices following detailed assembly procedures and specifications.
- Conduct testing and inspection of devices to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of work areas and equipment to prevent contamination.
- Document assembly processes, test results, and any deviations from specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and peers to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of medical device assembly techniques.
- Comply with company policies and procedures related to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System Regulation (QSR) requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
