This position offers a six-figure starting salary plus production, additional Medical Director compensation, up to $250,000* signing bonus with 2+ years of experience, paid family leave, schedule flexibility and more!

About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to lead our thriving practice as Medical Director! This is a great opportunity for an experienced veterinarian with a desire to lead our practice. The incoming Veterinarian will be responsible for overseeing all professional services, implementing veterinary and patient care policies and procedures, licenses, and related matters, and will ultimately serve as “Veterinarian in charge.”

• Ability to show compassion to both pets and their owners
• Outstanding dexterity in handling animals while performing precise tasks
• Ability to react quickly and make decisions under pressure about the wellbeing of an animal
• Strong fondness and understanding of animals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of animal behavior
• Ability to use medical technologies during diagnosis, research and surgery of animals
