Regional Medical Director - PhysicianHealthCare Support seeks a Regional Medical Director - Physician to fill a new opening with a growing Managed Long Term Care Organization in New York, NY.Daily Responsibilities for Medical Director - Physician :
- Provide clinical coverage for episodic care and care planning as needs arise
- Oversee assigned Day Treatment Centers / PACE Centers
- Engage in multidisciplinary team activities, such as case conferences, hospitalization reports, and family or team meetings
- Ensure adequate staffing and provider coverage to meet the needs of all sites, including call schedule development
- Lead medical care and treatment, with primary responsibility for overseeing and supporting the care the interdisciplinary team provides
- Develop and oversee the delivery of ambulatory medical services
- Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; 100% onsite with possible travel as needed
Required Qualifications for Medical Director - Physician :
- Current active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in New York State
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- 3 years of staff supervision experience
- 3 years of experience in value-based organizations, advanced primary care, startups, or managed care
- Experience managing Provider Groups

Pay Details:
- $300,000 - $320,000 annually + annual bonus, based on performance
