Responsibilities: Job Summary / PurposePerform a variety of chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic procedures of a moderately and highly complex nature, following established standards and practices to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Provide direct care to patients of all ages.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent education Completion of accredited training program
Required Licensure and Certifications
MLT (ASCP), or equivalent certification.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
Adequate conversational English is required in order that the individual be able to take direction from management, understand how to complete job tasks, communicate adequately with patients and co-workers as necessary, understand and follow safety guidelines, and understand the Associate Handbook and all hospital policies.
