DescriptionFLSA Employment Status: Nonexempt/Hourly JOB SUMMARY Performs manual and automated routine blood tests. Prepares specimens for microscope examination. The MLT will perform routine clinical laboratory tests done in hematology, chemistry, immunohematology, microbiology, immunology and coagulation.Reporting Structure: Reports to the Director of Laboratory Services and/or Medical Technologist (MT). MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.
