Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CAP, TJC, OSHA).
- Supervise and coordinate lab operations, inventory, and quality assurance.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and team members regarding lab operations.
Qualifications:
- ASCP certification (or equivalent).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
