SUMMARY: As a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical Observation Unit at Rochester General Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients with short hospital stays.

STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Rochester General Hospital, Rochester, NY DEPARTMENT: Medical Observation Unit (MOU) SCHEDULE: Day/Evening/Night, every other Weekend/Holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Patient Satisfaction. Solicit and respond to patient feedback to enhance the patient experience
• Medication Administration & Reporting. Administer medication and report relevant information
• Documentation. Ensure concise and complete patient care documentation

EDUCATION: AS: Nursing (Required) LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Medium Work - frequent walking, standing, or squatting, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds of force. Accommodations will be considered for reported physical requirements.

PAY RANGE: $35.75 - $48.00 per hour

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay. Pay is determined by factors including experience, qualifications, specialty, location, and contracts.
