HEALTHPORT IS GROWING! We are building a new team and expanding our services thanks to a $4 million funding stream. Now hiring for a 4-day work week Thursday - Sunday. You work 36 hours, but we will pay you for 40 hours. Medical Office Manager - Weekend ServicesPosition Summary:The Medical Office Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the client intake process. This role will establish and maintain positive relationships referral sources and responding to clients' requests and concerns. Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high quality of treatment at Lower Shore Clinic as measured by outcome measures, productivity, client surveys, supervisory evaluation.
  • Complete all regulatory documentation of client intervention and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both at the Lower Shore Clinic and, with client permission, outside agencies.
  • Coordinate care for new client admissions and linkage to treatment in timely and professional fashion.
  • Complete customer satisfaction and outcomes surveys as assigned.
  • Assist in data management and reporting.
  • Provide health promotion and training as requested.
  • Using the electronic medical records, input data and following through seeing services to their completion.
  • Accuracy of assessment and referral skills.
  • Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications, Educations and Experience:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in office management, administration, or human services
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification; license & safe driving record; reliable transportation.
  • At least two years' experience providing behavioral health screening, triage, and case management.
  • Medical office experience that includes authorization, private insurance coverage and reimbursement rates.
  • Ability to meet credentialing and privileging requirements as set out in Policy and Procedures.
  • Ability to partner with colleagues and peers to meet agency mission and healthcare needs of populations served.
