Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet patients and visitors.
  • Answer phones with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments.
  • Handle copays and balance dues efficiently.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Engage with children and families with a pleasant and friendly attitude.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office; pediatric experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR); experience with AthenaOne is a bonus.
  • Multilingual skills, especially Spanish, are highly valued.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand or stoop for extended periods.
  • Some mild physical labor and occasional heavy lifting (e.g., infants, toddlers).
  • Exposure to various medical elements, including blood and chemicals.
Compensation Offered (negotiable, dependent upon experience):Hourly - Hourly Plan, 18.00 USD HourlyBenefits Offered (you must work a minimum of 30 hours per week to be eligible):
