We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist at Albany Gastroenterology Consultants of Albany New York The Front Desk l Receptionist Responsibilities are:
- Greet each patient and external customer timely and courteously.
- Check in all patients.
- Advise patients when necessary of changes in expected schedule.
- Manage any questions or concerns of patients and external customers.
- Oversee stock of paper supplies utilized by patients.
- Handle deliveries
- Effective communication with all departments
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor at all times with patients, physicians and co-workers
- Adhere to and support all policies and procedures of Albany Gastroenterology Consultants
- Other responsibilities as assigned
The Front Desk Receptionist must have the following qualifications and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to one year experience in a medical office or customer service field
