DescriptionWe are in search of a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Lebanon, Tennessee. In this role, you will be working within the healthcare industry, where your main task will be to manage customer inquiries, maintain precise customer records, and process customer applications. The ideal candidate should have superior interpersonal skills, adept organizational abilities, and a strong knowledge of EMR (Electronic Medical Records). This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:+ Warmly greet and assist all incoming patients, answering any queries they may have.+ Efficiently schedule patient appointments and keep track of all cancellations or changes.+ Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, faxes, mail, and emails.+ Maintain patient records securely and accurately in the EMR system in accordance with all legal requirements.+ Ensure smooth workflow by facilitating communication between doctors, nurses, and patients.+ Assist patients with filling out necessary forms and paperwork.+ Assist with billing by collecting payments, handling insurance details, and inputting data into the system.Requirements+ High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.+ Previous experience working as a receptionist in a medical office or clinic.+ Proficiency with EMR systems is required.+ Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centered approach.+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.+ Ability to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
