YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work for our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! Aventura at Creekside is currently looking for a hands-on and dynamic Medical Records Clerk for the 8-4:30 pm shift to work with our already wonderful staff.

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for a variety of tasks including collecting patient information, issuing medical files, filing medical records, and processing patient admissions and discharge papers.

Attributes:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• At least 3 years of experience handling medical records in a licensed medical facility required
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is a MUST
