This recruitment is on behalf of our client, a manufacturer of innovative infection prevention water filters. As part of our strategic development support, we are rolling out the national deployment of our client's sales team. You will join a new, rapidly growing division of a 500-employee middle market family-owned international company. Key Responsibilities:
- Active lead generation
- Field sales cold-calling
- Sell infection prevention water filtering technology
- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Build relationships with Facilities, Infection Prevention, Risk Management personnel
Requirements:
- Direct field sales contributor
- 5-to-10 years of hospital sales experience
- Established relationships in Hospitals / Acute Care / Long-Term Care in your territory
- Experience calling on buyers involved in Environmental Services, Water Diagnostic & Water Treatment, Infection Control / Hygiene / Sterile Services, or Facilities-Related Equipment and Services
- Motivated by a role that improves healthcare safety with progress in infection control
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or other relevant field preferable
- High computer literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems)
- Up to 80% overnight travel (valid Driver's License with safe motor vehicle record)
- Authorized for employment in the United States (no employer sponsorship)
- Highly proactive with a passion for sales and a genuine sales hunter mindset
- Enjoys reaching out and meeting new leads, as well as nurturing relationships
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary plus commissions aiming $120,000-to-$180,000 OTE+, uncapped
