We are hiring a Centralized Scheduler for a medical facilities. Responsibilities:~Answering multi-phone line calls for 5 clinics and transferring calls to various departments. Fast-paced!~Responding to email requests and sending text reminders to patients.~Verifying insurance for Medicaid patients.~Medical Office or Assistant experience is preferred.~Must get along well with others.Work Hours range from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and typically one Saturday per month from 8:30 a.m. to noon. You will receive one-half day off per week, if you have to work Saturday.**Bilingual is a plus! JOB CODE: 1000361
